ingredients
1 large shallot, sliced
1 tbs. olive oil
green beans, a couple handfuls, with the tips cut off
salt & pepper
Heat olive oil in saute pan. Add sliced shallots, with a sprinkle of salt and pepper, cook until clear.
When shallots are clear and fragrant, add green beans and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and cook until the green beans are tender.
