Chicken Masala

ingredients
4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 6oz can tomato paste
1 can coconut milk
1 1/2 tsp Garam Masala, you can find this at most stores or make it yourself. (recipe follows)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp. curry powder

Garam Masala Spice
4 TBS coriander seeds
1 TBS cumin
1 TBS black peppercorns
1 1/2 tsp. black cumin seeds
1 1/2 tsp. dry ginger

3/4 tsp. cloves3/4 tsp. cardamom, 3-4 pods
3/4 tsp. cinnamon 
3/4 tsp. crushed bay leaves

 In saucepan combine; tomato paste, coconut milk and spices.  Once the sauce is well mixed, bring to a simmer and let cook for 3 minutes. 
 Add grilled chicken, simmer for 10 minutes.
